Jack is 29 weeks this week! Mom has to watch him closely when he plays with the little dogs now. Jack still thinks that he is a small dog and would rather play with the little dogs, but he’s doesn’t realize how big he is now and his paw swipes knock puppies flat over! There are a couple puppies here in our condo complex though that play with Jack just like Jack played with me as he was growing up. Lola is a little long haired german shepherd pup that Jack loves to play with and she is a few months younger than Jack. And Beau is an adorable mastiff mix who should get just as big as Jack. Beau is only about 15 weeks, but she bites Jack’s cheeks and jumps on him and Jack loves it. I think Jack has two girlfriends! So here is Jack’s 29 week photo:
And here are the runners up:

Oh my dog. This place is amazing! Definitely paradise! The Paradise Ranch Pet Resort is located at 10268 La Tuna Canyon Road in Sun Valley, California. Click here for directions through Google maps. You can check out their website here and their Facebook page here. This place isn’t a public dog park, it’s a doggie daycare!
Can you believe this place? You can drop your dog off for the day or board them here at their very own dog resort when you go away to yours! They even have dock diving. Jack would be great at this!
The Paradise Ranch Pet Resort is open 7 days a week for doggie daycare. If you are interested in boarding then check out their website. They are a cage-free boarding facility and can even have someone sleep with your dog at night!
This place is so awesome that they even donate 2 hours a week to shelters so that shelter dogs can be pampered here too! I bet I’d sleep for 3 days straight running around here.
Mom’s just wondering if they can spare an hour a week for the humans too? But good luck sending her home!

Mom’s a frequent Etsy browser. For those of you who have never shopped on Etsy, Etsy is your place to buy and sell all things handmade and vintage! Of course, there are some amazing dog loving finds on Etsy. Here’s what’s on our list:
The Hickory Tree’s Dawg Stick- We think this stick would make a great gift for the dog lovers out there and we want one! (well, we want two)
The Copper Poppy’s XL Custom Stamped Pet ID Tag- Yup, you guessed it, for BIG dogs! We love this lovely dog tag. They have quite a few different styles so be sure to check them out.
The Gest Handmade Personalized Dog Leash Bag- Mom’s in love. She wants one in white and charcoal stripes..or maybe the red and white. Either way, she’s in love and keeps eying this baby.
All these items are on our wish list. The stick and art are just for fun but we really need the others. We will need two leashes shortly, mine is wearing out and Jack’s is too short for him now. We also need new collars. Jack has outgrown his again! We already have id tags from nana, but we have two different style collars each (normal and this one) and mom’s getting tired of switching the tags over. Mom’s summer clothes don’t always have pockets and though she loves her Lululemon dog walking fanny pack, she swears she needs the Gest Handmade dog leash bag for Jack’s quick whiz breaks.
We’ve purchased one of these items already! When it arrives, we’ll be sure to post about it and let you know how much we love it. Can you guess which one was our first purchase?!
Jack is 28 weeks this week! He’s still our little guy but he’s getting bigger! His ears grew again this week too. Yesterday Jack posted about his day and he sure does love the water! Jack now drags mom to the water feature in our courtyard every time she takes him out for a whiz break. Mom isn’t pleased. Here is Jack’s 28 week photo:
Here are the runners up! I was paying more attention to the cheese here, and Jack had on his business face the entire time:
Mom told me I’d better look at the camera though:
